Requirements

Experience managing enterprise network environments
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and systems administration
Familiarity with Microsoft environments, identity management, and virtualization
Customer-first mindset with a knack for solving problems.
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues effectively.

Nice To Haves

Experience in K-12 or similarly complex environments is a plus
Relevant certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA) preferred

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, and wireless systems.
Administer firewall security policies, monitoring tools, and intrusion detection systems.
Support and lead network-related projects, including VoIP and system migrations (e.g., Cisco Call Manager to WebEx).
Oversee server infrastructure (physical and virtual environments) and core services like Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
Monitor network performance and proactively implement improvements and optimizations.
Apply security patches, maintain system integrity, and support cybersecurity initiatives.
Maintain documentation, disaster recovery procedures, and support escalations for complex technical issues.
