About The Position

The Network Administrator is responsible for supporting the stability, security, and performance of the company’s network infrastructure and related systems. This role assists with day-to-day network operations, troubleshooting connectivity issues, maintaining network equipment, and supporting business technology needs across the organization. The position requires strong technical knowledge, effective problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The Network Administrator works collaboratively with IT team members, business departments, vendors, and leadership to help ensure reliable technology services that support company operations. Additional duties may be assigned by management as business needs require.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting network infrastructure, connectivity, hardware, systems, or related IT services.
  • Working knowledge of networking concepts, troubleshooting practices, security standards, and general IT operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information for business users.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to assess issues and identify practical solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, with vendors, and with company leadership as needed.
  • Proactive, organized, adaptable, and able to work with limited supervision while remaining committed to departmental and company objectives.
  • Passion for delivering reliable technology solutions and quality support that meets business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, monitor, and support network systems, equipment, and related infrastructure to ensure reliable business operations.
  • Troubleshoot network, connectivity, performance, and access issues; assess recurring problems and recommend steps to prevent future incidents.
  • Support network security practices, system updates, documentation, and process improvements in alignment with departmental standards.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, equipment evaluations, service requests, and implementation of technology solutions.
  • Communicate technical concerns in clear business terms and work collaboratively with stakeholders, engineers, and other IT team members to resolve issues.
  • Participate in team meetings, planning discussions, and daily operational activities to support departmental and company goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
