About The Position

The Network Account Executive manages day-to-day relationships with provider network accounts across Washington and Oregon and is responsible for provider relationship management activities including contracting, education, training, customer service, and execution of network development strategies. This role serves as a business-facing ambassador for IHCS, advancing the organization’s interests within the healthcare provider market and positioning IHCS as the preferred partner for value-based home care services.

Requirements

  • Must Reside in WA/OR
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years of work experience with a plan payer, in health care, or a related field with Provider Development and/or Provider Relations.
  • Four (4) years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledge and understanding of managed care concepts.
  • Knowledge and mastery of basic negotiating skills and contract language
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrate accountability and dependability
  • Effective interpersonal skills characterized by articulateness, diplomacy, and the ability to persuade and motivate others
  • Communicates effectively verbal and in writing.
  • Listens attentively and with empathy
  • Works well in a team environment and collaborates effectively with others
  • Self-motivated and demonstrates a sense of urgency and commitment prioritizing organizational needs.
