About The Position

We are seeking an Interim NetSuite Implementation Consultant to support ERP transformations and financial system implementations for clients in the DFW, Houston, or Austin metro areas. In this role, you will lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, optimize financial workflows, and integrate business systems to enhance efficiency and data visibility. This interim role provides the opportunity to make an immediate impact, helping businesses navigate financial system upgrades, process automation, and ERP integration.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, finance transformation, or financial systems consulting.
Expertise in NetSuite implementation, configuration, and optimization.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP compliance, and financial reporting best practices.
Hands-on experience integrating NetSuite with CRM, BI tools, payroll, and other enterprise applications.
Experience working with private equity-backed companies, fast-growing businesses, or M&A integration projects.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive adoption of new financial systems.

Nice To Haves

NetSuite certification (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead NetSuite Implementations – Manage the full lifecycle of NetSuite ERP deployments, including configuration, customization, data migration, and system integration.
Finance & Accounting Process Optimization – Align NetSuite functionality with best-in-class financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
ERP System Integration & Customization – Ensure seamless integration of NetSuite with third-party applications (CRM, payroll, business intelligence tools, etc.).
Data Migration & Cleansing – Oversee data mapping, validation, and migration strategies to ensure accurate financial records.
User Training & Change Management – Develop and deliver training programs for finance and accounting teams to enhance adoption and system utilization.
Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement – Identify and resolve implementation challenges, ensuring NetSuite is optimized for scalability, automation, and performance.
M&A & Financial System Consolidation – Support post-acquisition ERP integrations, streamlining financial processes across multiple business units.
