About The Position

This role is for a Windows Developer responsible for maintaining Teller Windows-based solutions with a strong focus on automation, infrastructure, and application deployment. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable software. A key part of the role involves supporting OS upgrades and building applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Windows application development
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, WPF, WinForms, and related technologies
• Advanced experience with shell scripting (PowerShell, Batch, or similar) for automation and infrastructure tasks
• Proven experience in infrastructure builds, pipeline builds, and CI/CD automation
• Hands-on experience building and managing application images and supporting Windows OS upgrades
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, including SQL Server and Oracle
• Experience with source control systems (Git, TFS) and modern DevOps practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements for Windows applications
• Experience with Windows 10/11, UMP, enterprise desktop deployment strategies
