About The Position

The .Net Fullstack Apps Developer develops, enhances, and maintains full-stack applications using .NET, React, and relational databases. The role collaborates with business analysts, architects, QA, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions, and develops APIs, application integrations, and data-processing components. The developer implements database changes and migration routines, contributes to AI/ML-enabled application features using AWS services and approved designs, and writes automated tests, participates in code reviews, resolves defects, and follows coding and security standards. The position also supports CI/CD pipelines, environment configuration, deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, user acceptance testing, production releases, and post-deployment stabilization. It includes providing effort estimates and progress updates, maintaining technical documentation, promoting reusable components, and contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of relevant software development experience using the Microsoft technology stack, including hands-on full-stack application development.
Strong proficiency in C#, modern .NET, ASP.NET Core, RESTful Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ.
Hands-on experience developing responsive web applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Strong relational database development skills, including database design, SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, and maintainable application architecture.
Experience integrating applications with external systems through APIs and other data interfaces, including validation, error handling, and logging.
Experience writing automated unit and integration tests, conducting code reviews, and troubleshooting application issues.
Working knowledge of secure development practices, including authentication, authorization, input validation, and protection of sensitive data.
Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps or equivalent development and delivery tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery practices.
Ability to interpret requirements and technical designs, estimate development effort, and independently deliver assigned work.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and distributed teams.

Nice To Haves

Experience with both MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Experience developing and supporting applications on AWS, particularly Amazon Aurora/RDS for MySQL or PostgreSQL, ECS, S3, and CloudWatch.
Experience with Docker, containerized application deployment, and CI/CD pipeline configuration.
Experience with healthcare applications, HL7 ADT, FHIR, or integration engines such as Mirth Connect.
Experience integrating AI/ML models or services into business applications, including data preparation, API integration, processing model outputs, and monitoring.
Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services, particularly Amazon Bedrock and/or Amazon SageMaker AI.
Experience with predictive analytics, forecasting, anomaly detection, or generative AI applications.
Relevant Microsoft or AWS certifications.

Responsibilities

Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, resolve defects, and follow established coding and security standards.
Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support CI/CD pipelines, environment configuration, application deployments, and monitoring.
Investigate and resolve application, integration, and performance issues across development, testing, and production environments.
Provide effort estimates and progress updates, identify technical dependencies and delivery risks, and escalate issues promptly.
Maintain technical documentation, promote reuse of shared components and services, and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Support user acceptance testing, production releases, and post-deployment stabilization.
