About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced .NET Full Stack Architect with FHIR expertise to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, cloud-native architectures, healthcare interoperability standards, and modern web application development. This role will be responsible for defining solution architecture, guiding development teams, establishing technical standards, and ensuring seamless integration of healthcare systems using HL7 FHIR standards.

Requirements

• 12+ Years of experience
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, cloud-native architectures, healthcare interoperability standards, and modern web application development.
• Strong expertise in C#
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core
• Strong expertise in .NET 6/7/8
• Strong expertise in REST APIs
• Strong expertise in Entity Framework
• Strong expertise in SQL Server
• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud Services
• Extensive experience with HL7 FHIR (R4/R5)
• Extensive experience with Healthcare interoperability architectures
• Extensive experience with EHR integrations
• Extensive experience with Healthcare data exchange standards

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-scale healthcare applications using .NET technologies and cloud-native architectures.
• Define end-to-end solution architecture including application, integration, security, and data layers.
• Establish best practices for scalability, performance, reliability, maintainability, and security.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, and design discussions.
