About The Position

The Client is modernizing its flagship cloud-hosted (OCI) application BADGE from the current desktop version to a web-based version. The candidate will need to understand the code in the current desktop application to migrate it to the new web-based application. The candidate will be working closely with lead developers to take ownership of a given module and provide guidance to other contractors.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of systems development and design using Visual Studio .Net
• Expert knowledge of .Net technologies (Visual Basic, C#, .Net Framework)
• Experience working in MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery Unobtrusive Validation, HTML, and CSS
• Experience working with WinForms / WPF Forms
• Experience working with TFS / GIT Source Control
• Experience working with RDBMS and writing complex SQL queries.
• Advanced knowledge in developing ASP.Net, MVC, Web Services and Web applications in .Net (6 Years)
• .NET Framework/ C#/ VB (6 Years)
• ORACLE / SQL / PLSQL (6 Years)
• Bootstrap / jQuery / JavaScript (6 Years)
• HTML / XML / CSS (6 Years)
• jQuery Unobtrusive Validation (6 Years)
• TFS / GIT Source Control (6 Years)
• WinForms / WPF Forms (3 Years)

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with Oracle and PL/SQL preferred
• Angular/React (3 Years)

Responsibilities
