We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer who will be responsible for application design, implementation, and support. Ensures compatibility between equipment and software, analyzes operational/system requirements, supports design reviews, and presents technical briefings. Engineers systems, including conducting of prototypes, proof of concepts, or the full implementation of systems. Evaluates, assesses, documents, and tests data security and continuity of operations for systems and programs.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience with web application development with Microsoft Technologies.
At least 7 years of experience with/hands-on experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, VB Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL. Also Angular JS,& MVC 4.0
Some backend software design experience in Oracle & SQL Server.
At least 7 years of strong working experience with Oracle PL/SQL programming. Writing stored procedures and functions.
Experienced with technical backend testing.
At least 5 years’ experience in system testing, including planning, executing, developing test data, and documenting the testing.
At least 5 years’ experience in module or unit testing, including executing and documenting the testing.
Familiarity with Agile methodology principles
Knowledge of version control practices and procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal methods required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Source Code Control (Subversion).

Nice To Haves

Proficient in the following technologies: NET, C#, ASP.NET, VB .Net, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and/ or SAS
The use of version control software or software migration routines
Project experience with Agile frameworks, DevOps or other iterative development methodologies
Experience in handling multiple test and production environments
Experience with the BLS standard IT development products and environments
Knowledge of BLS surveys and systems
Specific experience developing statistical systems
Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal methods required
