About The Position

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer / Lead to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This onsite role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. You will be instrumental in architecting and implementing Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) solutions, designing custom integrations, and developing REST APIs and microservices. Collaboration with stakeholders and mentoring junior team members are key aspects of this position, along with supporting production deployments and troubleshooting complex issues.

Requirements

Strong expertise in C# and .NET/.NET Core.
Hands-on experience with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) concepts and implementation.
Strong experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or similar platforms.
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
Hands-on experience in custom enterprise integrations across multiple applications and platforms.
Experience working with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, IBM Integration Bus, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and distributed systems.
Experience with SQL Server and database design concepts.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft .NET technologies (.NET Core/.NET 6+, C#).
Architect and implement Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) solutions using messaging and streaming platforms.
Design and develop custom integrations between internal and external applications.
Leverage integration platforms and tools to build scalable and reusable integration solutions.
Develop REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous communication frameworks.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define integration strategies.
Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and reliability requirements.
Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, and mentor junior team members.
Support production deployments and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
