About The Position

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. This role involves performing end-to-end system engineering across the SDLC, covering requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance for integrated applications. The .Net Developer Analyst will develop high quality, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices, coding standards, and reusable components. They will also support the full testing lifecycle by designing, executing, and debugging test cases to deliver defect free, production ready solutions. Participation in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) is expected to maintain delivery velocity and team alignment. Collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders is crucial for gathering, refining, and documenting technical and functional requirements aligned with business needs. The role also includes analyzing requirements, proposing technical solutions, documenting designs, and contributing to effort estimation and delivery planning. Additionally, the .Net Developer Analyst will provide technical support by resolving queries, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring system stability and performance, addressing technical queries, managing live incidents, and resolving problems to minimize system impact. Close work with operational SMEs is required to refine requirements and support enhancements to applications and services.
