About The Position
We are looking for a skilled .NET Azure Developer Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in C#, .NET Core, MS Entity Framework, Design Patterns (including Factory Pattern), Azure, Azure DevOps, Technical Design, Solution Discussions, Application Architecture, and Development Best Practices. The role requires hands-on development experience, good understanding of application architecture, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core and C#
- Experience in developing and deploying applications on Azure App Service
- Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Strong working knowledge of Azure SQL
- Good understanding of REST API development and integration
- Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and production support
- Understanding of secure coding practices and cloud application security
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team setup
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Azure DevOps for build and release pipelines
- Knowledge of Azure Functions and serverless application development
- Exposure to Azure AI services and AI-enabled application capabilities
- Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools
- Understanding of Application Architecture and design principles
- Experience with Microservices Architecture
- Exposure to containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes-based deployments
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core and C#
- Build and deploy cloud-based applications using Azure App Service and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Work with Azure SQL for database design, development, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services aligned with business requirements
- Support application modernization and cloud migration initiatives
- Implement scalable, secure, and maintainable application components
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment automation
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution
- Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, QA, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
