About The Position
Busy, high-volume multi-specialty medical practice seeking an experienced and motivated Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS) Technician to join our growing clinical team. This position is ideal for a candidate who is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience performing nerve conduction studies required
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and patient care abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume setting
Nice To Haves
- CNCT and/or R.NCS.T certification preferred
- EMR experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform nerve conduction studies (NCS) accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and position patients for testing procedures
- Document findings and testing information within the EMR system
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate diagnostic equipment
- Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support patient flow and clinic operations
- Ensure patient comfort and professionalism throughout the testing process
