Key responsibilities include assessing compliance risks, interfacing with regulatory agencies, identifying program improvements, staying updated on NERC trends, developing presentations, leading self-audits with the internal audit group, and integrating business tools and IT applications for NERC compliance monitoring. This role functions as a subject matter expert and participates in NERC audits of peer companies.
