The CIP Compliance Department is responsible for assisting in the development, coordination, monitoring, and communication of all applicable Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) standards that are developed by the North American Reliability Council (NERC). Team members support this mission through key activities in the following areas: • NERC Coordination • Reliability First Coordination • SERC Reliability Corporation Coordination • Standards Tracking/Development • Compliance Coordination • Evidence Gathering • Compliance and Controls Assessments • Spot Checks • Regional Audits
