Requirements

1 year of nephrology experience
1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Must have the ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients who have been referred for nephrology care
Assess their conditions
Collaborate with the broader healthcare team
Guide treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
Build trusted relationships with patients
Provide compassionate and knowledgeable care
Ensure all documentation and billing activities are completed accurately within 24 hours
