About The Position

We are seeking a Neonatology Nurse Practitioner (NNP) for locum tenens coverage in Panama City, FL. This is an inpatient role requiring 24-hour in-house shifts and call. The coverage period is ASAP through ongoing, with specific dates available in October, November, December, and January. The NNP will provide 24/7 in-house coverage for a Level III NICU with 28 beds, managing an average daily census of 19 neonates. Responsibilities include rounding, acute NICU care, attending deliveries, managing neonatal emergencies, and performing procedures based on experience. The role involves collaboration with neonatologists and subspecialists, with full subspecialty support and a dedicated neonatal transport team available.

Requirements

• APRN national specialty certification required
• Active FL state license
• Minimum of a Master's Degree in Nursing
• Must have been clinically active within the past 1 year
• Clean background and no malpractice history
• Must be available for holiday coverage
• CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained
• Prescreening questionnaire required
