As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at CentraCare, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to our neonatal patients This position offers up to a $10,000 bonus or potential for loan repayment. Summary In this role, you will provide hands-on care for high-risk and preterm infants, including attending deliveries and managing delivery room care for infants born at less than 35 weeks gestation. You’ll be responsible for NICU admissions, performing detailed histories and physicals, and managing the ongoing care of current NICU patients. The position includes participation in both ground and air neonatal transport and active involvement in multidisciplinary care management meetings. You will also provide phone and telehealth consultations to referring community providers, support the pediatric hospitalist service as needed, and ensure accurate hand-off documentation to support safe, seamless transitions of care. Schedule Full-time | St. Cloud Hospital, St. Cloud, MN Primarily 12-hour shifts (with potential for 24-hour shifts). Shifts from 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am. Day and night shifts. Every third weekend and holiday. Pay and Benefits Salary range: $127,524.80 - $175,822.40 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation. Qualifications Current licensure as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Preferred 2 years’ experience as an NNP or PA. Graduated with a Master or Doctorate degree in Neonatology or formal training and/or Neonatology experience as a Physician's Assistant. Neonatal Certification. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Department Information Working in our Level III NICU, you will have the opportunity to participate as a provider in a wide range of procedures, including neonatal intubation, umbilical line placement, chest tube insertion, arterial puncture and arterial line placement, ventilator management, and whole-body cooling for hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), as well as other procedures as applicable.
