About The Position
Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Neonatal Hospitalist to join their dedicated team at Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, Colorado. This role involves coverage of a Level II NICU (7 beds) and collaboration with a team of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners. The position supports a well-established newborn service, offering opportunities to care for both well-baby nursery and NICU patients. The focus is on delivering compassionate, evidence-based neonatal care in a collegial environment within a community-focused hospital serving a broad regional population. Parkview Medical Center is a trusted, non-profit community hospital, licensed for approximately 350 acute-care beds, and designated as a Level III Trauma Center. It offers a full spectrum of services and is known for its advanced technology and strong clinical quality programs.

Responsibilities
- Provide care in both the Level II NICU and well-baby nursery
- Collaborate with OB/GYN and pediatric teams in a supportive, team-oriented environment
