About The Position

Requirements

• Be at least 23 years old.
• Must have or upgrade to class E driving license.
• Pass a comprehensive Background Check.
• Complete Pre-Hire Drug and Alcohol Screening.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a smartphone and use the Zoom Ride Health driver app.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Compassionate and patient, with a genuine desire to assist others.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, safe, and courteous transportation services to medical appointments.
• Assist clients as needed, including help with entering and exiting the vehicle and navigating to and from the door of their destination.
• Maintain accurate logs of travel activities, including pick-up and drop-off times and mileage.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and well-maintained, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare providers, and the Zoom Ride Health dispatch team.
• Comply with all traffic regulations and Zoom Ride Health's policies and procedures.
