Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize neighbor agreements addressing property boundaries, shared amenities, noise considerations, parking arrangements, and other community concerns
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with all parties involved to understand concerns, expectations, and desired outcomes
- Facilitate negotiation sessions between neighbors to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Ensure all agreements comply with local ordinances, HOA regulations, and legal requirements
- Maintain detailed documentation of all agreements, amendments, and related correspondence
- Coordinate with legal counsel when complex issues arise requiring specialized expertise
- Serve as the first point of contact for neighbor disputes and concerns, responding promptly with empathy and professionalism
- Conduct on-site visits to assess situations, gather information, and demonstrate commitment to resolution
- Mediate conflicts using proven conflict resolution techniques, maintaining neutrality while guiding parties toward compromise
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, property owners, HOA boards, and community leaders
