The Neighborhood Victim Advocacy Director provides leadership and oversight of the Neighborhood Victim Advocacy Program while maintaining a direct service caseload. This role involves direct client outreach and engagement, assessment, crisis intervention, safety planning, court advocacy, victim compensation assistance, support group facilitation, referrals to community resources, and other direct services. The Director will also conduct community outreach, implement agency-approved curricula, build collaborative relationships with community partners, and provide supervision to program staff.
