The Neighborhood Victim Advocacy Director provides leadership and oversight of the Neighborhood Victim Advocacy Program while maintaining a direct service caseload. This role involves direct client outreach and engagement, assessment, crisis intervention, safety planning, court advocacy, victim compensation assistance, support group facilitation, referrals to community resources, and other direct services. The position also includes conducting community outreach, selecting and implementing curricula, building collaborative relationships with community partners, providing supervision to program staff, developing program resources, attending professional trainings, maintaining client records, collecting and monitoring program data, preparing reports, and monitoring program outcomes.
