Requirements

Valid driver's license (required)
Must be 18 years or older
Strong communication skills and comfort talking to new people
No sales experience required — we provide comprehensive paid training

Responsibilities

Walk residential neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to our complimentary roof and exterior inspection program
Start conversations, build trust, and educate homeowners on storm damage and maintenance solutions
Schedule inspection appointments and track your outreach in our CRM
Hit individual and team activity goals with daily coaching from experienced sales leaders
Learn a proven sales process that prepares you to advance into in-home sales consulting
