About The Position

Joyce Factory Direct is seeking outgoing, energetic individuals to join our Neighborhood Marketing team. This role involves engaging with homeowners in neighborhoods surrounding active Joyce projects, retail events, and community outreach opportunities to generate interest in home remodeling services and schedule free in-home consultations. It's a fast-paced, team-oriented opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, staying active, and earning based on performance. Paid training and growth opportunities are provided, making it suitable for those without prior experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Engage with homeowners in neighborhoods surrounding active Joyce projects
Set up and assist with neighborhood marketing stations, tents, and events
Speak with homeowners about Joyce products and services
Schedule free in-home design consultations for our sales team
Help create energy and excitement in the communities we serve
Work closely with team leaders and marketing staff to hit performance goals
Represent the company professionally and positively in the field
