About The Position
We are seeking individuals with sparkling personalities and an entrepreneurial spirit to join our growing marketing and lead generation team for a multi-million dollar high-end remodeling company. The Neighborhood Renovation Team distributes flyers around existing job sites in affluent suburban neighborhoods. The role involves engaging with curious neighbors, answering their questions about pricing and products, and making a positive first impression. The ultimate goal is to schedule free on-site visits and consultations for potential clients. This team of 4-6 people operates before, during, or after installations.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Pass out flyers around existing job sites in nice suburban neighborhoods.
- Engage with neighbors, ask questions about their current home and future projects.
- Answer questions about pricing and products.
- Provide a great first impression of the company.
- Schedule free on-site visits and consultations.
