This role involves receiving complaints, inquiries, and requests for assistance from neighborhood residents and merchants. The coordinator organizes and conducts activities, identifies neighborhood problems, and either refers them for resolution or attempts to solve them directly, performing follow-up to ensure corrective actions are taken. Responsibilities include conducting surveys of neighborhood opinions and conditions, developing programs for improved neighborhood conditions and resident involvement, and disseminating information on governmental programs. The role may also involve producing media content and preparing reports.
