About The Position

ClaimReturn LLC is hiring Negotiators to focus on closing overpayment recovery cases. This role is for an individual who can confidently negotiate with providers, push cases forward, and convert overpayments into recovered dollars. It requires a numbers-driven, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a performance-based environment and takes initiative to own outcomes.

• Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
• Excellent communication + negotiation skills
• Any background in closing cases or closing deals

Responsibilities

• Own and advance overpayment recovery cases
• Negotiate confidently with providers to get to the right person
• Drive follow-ups until refunds are secured
• Hit (and exceed) monthly recovery targets
• Manage your pipeline using Microsoft Office 365
• Work with urgency, strategy, and accountability
