About The Position
We're hiring Negotiators to close - not processors, not task‑takers. This role is for someone who can negotiate, push cases forward, and turn overpayments into recovered dollars.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
- Excellent communication + negotiation skills
- Any background in closing cases or closing deals
Responsibilities
- Own and advance overpayment recovery cases
- Negotiate confidently with providers to get to the right person
- Drive follow‑ups until refunds are secured
- Hit (and exceed) monthly recovery targets
- Manage your pipeline using Microsoft Office 365
- Work with urgency, strategy, and accountability
