NDT Technician

Sulzer•La Porte, TX

About The Position

The NDT Technician performs calibrations, tests, and evaluations to determine whether items meet applicable acceptance criteria, following written instructions and established inspection procedures. The role supports production by interpreting and reporting NDT results, identifying non-conformities, and maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures. It follows established procedures under close supervision, with smaller and easier decisions made autonomously. The technician must understand the scope and limitations of each certified NDT method and the applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
