About The Position

Acuren is hiring NDT Technicians (RT2) and CEDO Technicians for major industrial projects in the Fort McMurray region during the 2026 Fall Outage Season. This role offers an opportunity to maximize earnings and impact on critical energy and industrial infrastructure projects. The outage is scheduled from September 8, 2026, to October 6, 2026, with a 6/1 rotation and 12-hour day shifts. The position is fly-in-fly-out from all major Canadian hubs, with camp accommodation provided.

Requirements

• CGSB RT2 Certification required and/or CEDO Certification
• IRATA Level 1 Certification is an asset
• Strong work ethics
• Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients
• Exceptional safety and quality awareness
• Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level

Nice To Haves

• IRATA Level 1 Certification

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned NDE/NDT inspection methods.
• Utilize written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
• Follow standards and procedures and monitor to ensure accuracy of results and meets quality and safety objectives and project time-lines.
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with Clients.
