About The Position

WQS Non-Destructive Testing (WQS NDT) is currently recruiting experienced, proficient, CGSB certified Technicians to support ongoing operations and future project in the Newfoundland and Labrador region. We are looking for a safety-minded individual to join our growing Newfoundland team, with the opportunity to support clients across Canada. While we welcome all candidates to apply, preference will be given to those local or those planning to relocate to St. Johns, NL.

Requirements

• All Multi-ticketed CGSB Technicians are encouraged to apply.
• Must be Fit for Duty at all times and be able to comply with the Canadian Model for Providing a Safe Workplace which includes alcohol and drug testing.
• Valid driver's license with a 3-year driver abstract.
• Solid technical skills and proven track record as a proficient NDT technician.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must.
• Demonstrate high standards of safety and align with best-in-class company culture.

Nice To Haves

• Preference will be given to those who have achieved their UT2, MT2 and PT2 CGSB certification.
• Preference will be given to those local or those planning to relocate to St. Johns, NL.
• First Aid & Confined Space Certification is an asset.
