About The Position
Turner Industries is seeking an experienced NDT Technician - Level II for a position in Corpus Christi, TX. This role involves performing nondestructive inspection of material, parts, components, and/or pressurized systems; interpreting data from tests; maintaining equipment; and supervising NDE activities in accordance with referencing code. This is a non-exempt role that reports to the Area Manager. The technician will develop procedures for performing a variety of duties and perform complex duties within established guidelines.
Requirements
- Must have a trainer status state card
- Must have documented OJT and Classroom hours for all Level 2 methods such as RT, PT, MT, UTT, & PMI
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Valid TWIC card required
- Must be able to pass a background check and a DISA drug screen
- Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Meets the requirement of ASNT in methods utilized
- Technical training and/or industrial related safety experience
- Post offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace

Responsibilities

- Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
- Comply with company and client job site safety requirements.
