About The Position

NDT Quality Test Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Non-Destructive Test (NDT) Quality Test Specialist –2nd Shift to join the Everett Delivery Center based out of Everett, Washington. Position Responsibilities: Performs setup for specialized non-destructive test or measurement equipment Develops procedures and processes Performs tests or inspections and collects data Documents, analyzes and communicates results and assists with corrective action recommendations Provides feedback on adverse trends Responsible for non-destructive testing and acceptance of repairs to company products Conducts certification preparation training

Requirements

  • Currently hold or have you previously held Level II NDT certification (Ultra Sonic, Eddy Current, Radiography)
  • Ability to work variable shifts, overtime, and weekends if necessary
  • Capable of working in confined spaces and fit through a 10X18 oval opening
  • Ability to pass and complete fall protection training and work with heights of seventy feet or more and not exceed weight restrictions

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in NDI (non-destructive inspection) or NDT (non-destructive test) in Eddy Current and/or Ultrasonic and/or Radiography.
  • Associate’s degree or higher, a Technical certificate or degree, or 2 or more years of equivalent technical experience
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
