About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced NDT Level II Quality Test Specialists to support our business in San Antonio, TX. This role involves analyzing routine data, assisting with standard corrective action recommendations, and documenting/communicating test results. The specialist will also perform equipment setup and routine tests, and assist in documenting procedures for test equipment setup.

Requirements

  • NDI certification in Ultrasonic (UT) and Eddy Current (ET) to NAS-410 or equivalent standard (Level II or higher) within last 5 years
  • 5 + years’ experience performing NDT/NDI inspections including equipment set, flaw detection and interpretation of inspection results
  • Experience in Magnetic Particle, Penetrant, and Radiography
  • Willing and able to work variable shifts

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with regulatory agencies (DCMA, FAA, and/or Military)
  • Ability to obtain a Yankee White U.S. Security Clearance post-start
  • Certified in Magnetic Particle, Penetrant, and Radiography
  • Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
  • Demonstrated accuracy and critical thinking in reviewing information and resolving issues
  • Proven commitment to confidentiality and high ethical standards while delivering quality work
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly in both written and verbal formats
  • Ability to manage tasks independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
