Selected candidates for a Level One NDT Operator position, limited operator will possess the skills and knowledge to perform specific tests/specific calibrations and with prior written approval of Company Level 3 Inspector. The Level 1-Limited shall be able to follow the techniques and procedures for which certified, with limited guidance from Level 2 or Level 3 Inspector. Candidates must be self-disciplined and self-motivated individuals with strong accountability (attention to details) skills. Candidates must have the ability and desire to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced production environment, be resourceful and innovative along with presenting a strong business ethic and compliance to leadership and company policies, and a good communicator with the ability to represent the company in a positive manner. Selected candidates will be expected to perform a variety of tasks which include but are not limited to cleaning and etching of production aerospace parts, in-process inspections, equipment calibration checks and processing materials tests, and other tasks and training assigned by Level 2 or Level 3 Inspectors for further opportunity in advancing a career in NDT Inspection. As a condition of assignment, Level 1-Limited candidates may be expected to process product controlled under in International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). As such, these candidates may be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship, Legal Permanent Residence or protected status as a Non-Citizen National of the U.S.
