Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- NDT Level 1 Certification in Radiographic Testing (RT) per ASNT or NAT 410 preferred
- Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9001 quality management systems
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings and specifications
- Competent computer skills, including MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- North Star software experience.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Must be a "U.S. Person" under ITAR (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or a refugee/asylee) and/or otherwise comply with ITAR requirements for access rights.

Responsibilities
- Perform Real-time X-Rays on thermal battery components, assemblies, and welds according to established procedures and operating instructions.
- Set up and operate industrial X-ray equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation in compliance with quality management systems.
- Interpret and evaluate radiographic images in darkroom conditions with proper viewing equipment to ensure accurate defect detection.
- Follow established manufacturing procedures and perform inspections according to approved techniques.
- Support NDT investigations, perform inspections and participate in supplier audits if required.
