Apave America is currently seeking NDT Level II TECHNICIANS with ISQ UTT experience supporting a mid-September to early mid-November TAR within clients site located in Texas and Minnesota. The NDT Level II (Non-Destructive Testing) Technician is a skilled professional who independently performs inspections on materials and components using various NDT methods like Radiography Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UTT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), or Penetrant Testing (PT), to detect flaws or defects while adhering to established standards and procedures, interpreting results, and documenting findings in detailed reports; essentially acting as a quality control inspector with advanced NDT knowledge and certification to work autonomously on complex projects. In this role, The NDT Level II UTT ISQ Technician will be a certified Nondestructive Testing (NDT) technician at Level II, specifically qualified in Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UTT), and will hold an additional Industry Sector Qualification (ISQ) certification, indicating a high level of proficiency and standardized performance within the oil and gas industry; and will independently perform ultrasonic thickness measurements on critical components, interpreting results and documenting findings according to industry standards and specific ISQ requirements.
