The Casino Host serves as a primary point of contact for guests and employees, possessing a comprehensive understanding of the casino's facilities, events, promotions, and player's club programs. This role is dedicated to identifying, cultivating, and maintaining strong relationships with guests through professional and personal interactions. Maintaining a high level of courtesy, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all guest communications, including arrangements and finances, is paramount. The Casino Host is responsible for achieving performance targets set by the Guest Service Manager, focusing on revenue growth from specific guest segments. This role also involves assisting guests with reservations, facilitating information management through departmental meetings, preparing various documents, and aiding in the development and implementation of special events and promotions. Additionally, the Casino Host will acknowledge significant guest milestones, identify and recruit new premium players, generate reports on program performance, and develop systems for tracking guest feedback. Familiarity with casino systems like EBS, Kiosk, and BI is required, along with a willingness to assist with tournaments and the overall Bussing program, including financial reporting and recruitment. Consistent attendance and a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License, with eligibility for the Menominee Indian Tribe’s Approved Driver’s List, are mandatory. The position requires flexible work hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and may involve other assigned duties.
