Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Five years of experience in manufacturing
  • 1-3 years behind NC Machine operations
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Geometric and trigonometric problem-solving skills
  • Measuring skills
  • Ability to understand blueprints
  • Team spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Conversational English

Responsibilities

  • Creating and verifying programs and setups for NC machines.
  • Training production employees in machine operations.
  • Finding solutions for machining and welding challenges.
  • Seeking out process improvements.

  • Supporting the Manufacturing Engineer in various projects.
  • Guiding your team to meet and exceed expectations on every project.
  • Maintaining the tool crib.
  • Supporting engineers and the management team.
  • Mapping out spaces for new equipment, ensuring everything flows smoothly.
  • Keeping your workspace orderly.
  • Delivering flawless work to your internal and external partners.
  • Adjusting your schedule or joining forces with other departments.
