•$20 - $34•Onsite

About The Position

The NC Operator operates conventional, special-purpose, and numerical control machines and machining centers, including 3-axis equipment, to mill shapes or patterns into aerospace and aircraft parts. Work may involve NC multi-axis machines, NC lathes/routers, and 5-axis core mills. The operator sets up and runs machines, performs bench work, selects tools, and uses precision measuring equipment to meet close tolerances and finish specifications. Work is subject to process and final inspection. The position measures, marks, and scribes material or parts; verifies machine settings and finished-part conformity; and detects malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.
