Requirements

2+ years of construction/service expertise.
Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union-represented workforce.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 7+ years of relevant working experience.
Familiarity with handling financials.
Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization.
Appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies.
