About The Position

KONE is seeking a Modernization Supervisor for their Las Vegas team. This role involves managing local modernization operations, leading a team on complex job sites, and ensuring site readiness. The supervisor will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety guidelines, providing learning opportunities for the team, managing schedules, tracking performance, and collaborating across the organization to achieve business goals. The position also requires an appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies. The New Business Solutions / Modernization Supervisor will review bid documents, survey job requirements for upcoming bids with salespeople, handle financials to ensure profitability, and manage resources effectively. The role requires 2+ years of construction/service expertise and supervisory experience, ideally with a union-represented workforce. A bachelor's degree in a related field or 7+ years of relevant working experience is necessary.
