About The Position

Concorde Education is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and experienced esports professional to supervise all aspects of a school NBA2k esports program, including instruction, coaching, and managing of teams.

Requirements

• Prior coaching, teaching, and/or counselor experience
• Extensive knowledge of esports, including but not limited general strategies, team building, skill building, and competition strategies
• Extensive experience and credentials in NBA2k
• Knowledge of middle and high school level esports rules and regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively with students
• Strong written and verbal communications skills

Nice To Haves

• Strong organizational skills, especially regarding practice planning

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of a school NBA2k esports program, including instruction, coaching, and managing of teams.
• Organize and facilitate multiple practices per week.
• Video editing for practice and match performance review.
• Manage the logistics of tournaments and league development.
