About The Position

Are you looking to apply your systems engineering awareness and project management expertise to help deliver next‑generation C4I and autonomous maritime capabilities? As a project management specialist, you’ll help translate operational needs into actionable plans and keep complex programs on track from concept through completion. In this role, you’ll support government engineers, technical leads, and systems architects by organizing and maintaining the requirements and program artifacts that guide system design and acquisition. You’ll enable effective planning by tracking schedules, monitoring financial execution, identifying risks, and preparing high‑quality briefings for senior Navy stakeholders. You’ll also assist the Assistant Program Manager for future variants of an Unmanned Surface Vessel program by supporting RFP development, reporting progress, aligning resources, and helping ensure disciplined execution across the team. Success in this position comes from strong communication, proactive coordination, and the ability to synthesize information into clear, actionable direction. Requirements

5+ years of experience with Department of Defense or Federal Program and Project Management
3+ years of experience in writing RFPs, Contract modification, and CPARs
2+ years of experience in financial management and PPBE
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience working across the hardware lifecycle such as SATCOM systems, communications equipment, and related hardware components, including design, integration, testing, and sustainment
Experience with DON, NAVSEA, NAVWAR, and C4I
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Possession of excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree
