Naval Power (NP) is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the NP CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) Senior Manager to drive the adoption and integration of the CORE Operating System and RTX Life Cycle Program Management (RLPM) best practices into NP daily work. This leader will engage directly with Program Leadership Teams, Program Directors, and Program Managers to implement CORE and RLPM to improve execution and overall program performance. This role will drive engagements across a wide range of stakeholders; from NP LT level to the factory floor, including external customers and suppliers. Key attributes of this role include strong communication skills, facilitating and brokering solutions that solve problems, identifying opportunities, and improving the overall health of the NP business and key partnerships. This role will report directly to the NP CORE Director within the NP Performance Excellence organization. This is an onsite position at our Tucson, AZ facility.
