Seeking a Finance Manager to support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) cadence for the Naval Power Strategic Business Unit. This manager will join our dynamic finance team in an exciting portfolio that has programs in all stages of the product life cycle. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements. In this role, the successful candidate will support all Finance activities related to current-year financials, which includes supporting weekly reporting deliverables, the monthly forecast cadence, balance sheet analysis, and ad hoc requests and variance analysis for the four key financial metrics. The ideal candidate should be comfortable producing individual work product, analysis and in use of system tools; but be able to lead group by setting expectations and cadence to effectively operate. Additionally, you should possess strong technical knowledge of finance and program controls, strong problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills. This role will provide the opportunity to increase exposure to multiple facets of not only the finance organization but also the Naval Power functional leadership team. The manager will be responsible for one direct reporting analyst who supports tools and process harmonization. You will partner with the Naval Power FP&A Leadership Team to complete monthly and quarterly close deliverables. You will also be responsible for variance analysis, Rplan updates, interface with SSBU finance teams for inputs on key metric drivers, and other ad hoc requests from the Raytheon FP&A team.
