Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a U.S. Naval Officer
  • Experience coordinating with external stakeholders at various levels across the DoD
  • Experience managing and delivering on competing priorities
  • Knowledge of data science principles to support data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of multiple Naval mission areas
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including embarking on Navy ships, submarines, and aircraft
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience serving on a numbered fleet, major staff, or in a Warfighting Development Center
  • Experience applying data analysis tools and techniques to inform programmatic decisions
  • Knowledge of Naval experimentation
  • Knowledge of military requirements or acquisition processes
  • Master's degree

Responsibilities

  • Research, develop, analyze, and report on the findings of high-priority fleet experimentation efforts.
  • Create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.

  • Compile input from multiple stakeholders, research discrepancies, analyze results, and produce a high-quality product.
