Requirements

6+ years of experience as a U.S. Naval Officer
Experience coordinating with external stakeholders at various levels across the DoD
Experience managing and delivering on competing priorities
Knowledge of data science principles to support data-driven decisions
Knowledge of multiple Naval mission areas
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including embarking on Navy ships, submarines, and aircraft
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Experience serving on a numbered fleet, major staff, or in a Warfighting Development Center
Experience applying data analysis tools and techniques to inform programmatic decisions
Knowledge of Naval experimentation
Knowledge of military requirements or acquisition processes
Master's degree
