One Natural Resources Technician (Seasonal Worker, Full-time, 40 hours/week) position is available with the Colorado State University (CSU) Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands (CEMML). This position will provide entry-level training and experience on a range of natural resources projects supporting the Natural Resources Management (NRM) program at Fairchild Air Force Base, WA. The Natural Resources Technician will provide support with tasks such as in habitat/community field data collection, monarch butterfly field data collection (observation only), tree inventory data collection. The successful candidate will have basic understanding of data collection ISO scientific studies. Data collected will be used in conjunction with previously conducted surveys/inventories. This position is not-to-exceed 63 working days, beginning in June. This position is onsite, and the Natural Resources Technician must have reliable transportation to the site. The ECDP is unable to provide relocation or housing stipends. Full Consideration Date is 19 May at 12:00 am MDT. Position Location: Fairchild Air Force Base, WA Fairchild AFB is located in the eastern part of Washington State, in Spokane County. The base is 12 miles west of Spokane and 279 miles east of Seattle.
