This role is responsible for driving the growth and development of JCB’s strategic account portfolio across the South-Central region (Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Kansas). The Strategic Account Manager will play a critical role in expanding market share, penetrating key national and regional accounts, and strengthening long-term customer partnerships. This individual will operate as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging deep industry knowledge and a consultative sales approach to deliver value-driven solutions across JCB’s full product portfolio. The role requires a balance of hunter (new business development) and farmer (account growth and retention) capabilities, with a focus on enterprise-level relationships and revenue expansion. The territory for this position is in the South-Central territory: Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Kansas.
